Harmony Fire District provides 24-hour emergency service to Harmony Borough, Jackson Township, Zelienople and Lancaster Township.

Harmony Fire District is a private fire company which is funded by a combination of donations, grants and tax revenue from each of the municipalities it serves.

It takes a special kind of person to run into a burning building, when the normal person is running out of it. If you believe that you would like to join, but don’t feel comfortable with the dangerous aspect of the organization, individuals are always needed and welcome to help behind the scenes.

If you would like to volunteer with Harmony Fire District, call (724) 452-4046 or stop by the fire station at 543 Main Street, Harmony PA 16037 (Main Station) on Monday evenings at 7pm to obtain an application and talk with some of the members.
