Legal Advertisements

As required by the Second Class Township Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Township must meet advertising requirements set forth in the Second Class Township Code. Specifically, Section 109 requires all public and legal advertisements to be published in one or more newspapers, unless otherwise specified, publication shall be made in the legal notice section in a newspaper of general circulation in the township. Advertisements listed here do not constitute any satisfaction of the legal advertising requirement and are only to be used for informational purposes only.
